ROLLS: Rollers made of close grained alloy chilled cast iron, finish ground fine limits of accuracy. Rolls will be hollow for cold water circulation to prevent loss of perfume. Roll spindles will be made of EN8 high resistance steel BEARINGS: The rolls will be mounted on heavy duty self-aligning spherical roller bearings. These bearings are in a tightly closed boxes which will be located on the side frames (Photograph is for the reference purpose only) GEARS: The gears will be of adequate ratio so that rolls rotate at required RPM for suitable milling of soap. These gears are enclosed by covers mounted on side frames ROLL GAP ADJUSTMENT: The thickness of milled mass can be adjusted by varyingthe gap between the rolls. This can be achieved by hand wheel & screw system by varying the spring tension between the rolls. COOLING SYSTEM: Will consist of rotary union, ball valves and braided hose pipes, for inlet and outlet of the water. The cooling water system is a closed system FEED HOPPER: S.S.304 hopper for feeding the material will be provided SCRAPPER KNIFE: An adjustable knife/blade of suitable design will be provided along with S.S. discharge chute at the top roller SALIENT FEATURES Triple roll mill creates shear force with the set of rolls to homogenize the infeed Rolls rotate in opposite direction to each other at different speeds Gaps between the rollers are mechanically adjustable Chilled water injected by tube to centre of rolls and return of water in annular side SS304 infeed hopper is provided and moving parts are fitted with safety covers TOTAL POWER : 7.5 H.P. / 3 PHASE
