At Karygar, we want you to be completely satisfied with our ERP platform. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting a refund.

1. Free Trial Period

We offer a 60-day free trial period for new users. During this period:

  • You can explore all features of our platform
  • No credit card is required to start the trial
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial without any charges
  • If you don't cancel, you'll be automatically enrolled in a paid subscription

2. Subscription Refunds

Our refund policy for paid subscriptions is as follows:

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, we'll provide a full refund
  • After 30 Days: Subscriptions are non-refundable after the initial 30-day period
  • Annual Plans: For annual subscriptions, refunds are prorated based on unused months (minus the 30-day guarantee period)
  • Monthly Plans: Monthly subscriptions are refundable only within the first 30 days of the initial payment

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Setup fees and implementation services
  • Custom development or integration work
  • Training and consulting services already provided
  • Third-party services or add-ons
  • Data migration services that have been completed

4. How to Request a Refund

  3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellations can be done through your account settings or by contacting support
  • After cancellation, you can continue using the service until the end of your billing period
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing cycle (except during the 30-day guarantee period)
  • Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, in case you want to reactivate

6. Service Credits

In cases where our service doesn't meet our 99.9% uptime guarantee:

  • We may issue service credits instead of refunds at our discretion
  • Credits can be applied to future invoices or subscription renewals
  • Service credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • Credits expire after 12 months if not used

7. Disputed Charges

If you believe you've been charged incorrectly:

  • Provide transaction details and explanation of the dispute
  • We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
  • If the charge was in error, we will issue a refund promptly

8. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days
  • It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
  • You will receive a confirmation email once processed
  • For international transactions, processing may take longer

9. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases (e.g., serious technical issues, service disruptions), we may offer refunds outside of our standard policy. Each case will be evaluated individually by our management team.
