This Subscription Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing your subscription to Karygar's ERP platform. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Subscription Plans
Karygar offers multiple subscription tiers to meet different business needs:
- Starter Plan: Ideal for small businesses and startups
- Professional Plan: Designed for growing businesses with advanced needs
- Enterprise Plan: Comprehensive solution for large-scale operations
- Custom Plan: Tailored solutions for specific requirements

2. Billing Cycles
Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles:
- Monthly Billing: Charged on the same day each month
- Annual Billing: Charged once per year with a discount (typically 20% off monthly pricing)
- All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You will receive an email reminder 7 days before renewal
3. Free Trial
New users are eligible for a 60-day free trial:
- No credit card required to start the trial
- Access to all features based on your selected plan
- Cancel anytime during the trial period without any charges
- Automatic conversion to paid subscription after trial unless cancelled
- Data is preserved if you convert to a paid plan
4. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- Net banking
- UPI payments
- Wire transfer (for annual Enterprise plans)
All payments are processed securely through our certified payment partners. We do not store your complete card details.
5. Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal amount
- Renewal rates may change with 30 days' notice
- You can turn off auto-renewal in your account settings at any time
- If auto-renewal is disabled, your service will end at the current billing period
6. Plan Changes and Upgrades
You can change your subscription plan at any time:
- Upgrades: Take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount
- Downgrades: Take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
- Credits from downgrades are applied to future invoices
- Some features may become unavailable when downgrading
- Contact support if you need assistance with plan changes
7. User Limits and Overages
Each plan includes a specific number of users:
- Additional users can be added at a per-user monthly rate
- If you exceed your plan limits, you'll be prompted to upgrade or add users
- Overage charges will be billed at the start of the next cycle
- Enterprise plans offer custom user limits
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancellations can be processed through your account settings
- You retain access until the end of your paid billing period
- No partial refunds for the current billing cycle (except during the 30-day money-back guarantee)
- Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation
- You can reactivate your account within 90 days without data loss
9. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times
- You will receive email notifications about failed payments
- Your account will be suspended after 7 days if payment is not received
- Suspended accounts have 30 days to resolve payment before data deletion
- Update your payment method in account settings to avoid interruption
10. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices:
- You will be notified at least 30 days before any price changes
- Price changes apply at your next billing cycle
- Current subscribers may be grandfathered at existing rates for a limited time
- You can cancel before the price change takes effect
11. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We guarantee:
- 99.9% uptime for all paid plans
- 24/7 customer support for Professional and Enterprise plans
- Regular data backups
- Security updates and maintenance
- Service credits if we fail to meet our uptime guarantee
