Our Manufacturer unit is GMP certified and equipped with state-of-art technologies and latest processes for manufacturing excellence for meeting & exceeding Schedule-M requirements of Indian Drugs & Cosmetics Act and other relevant regulations. Our manufacturing unit is located in Industrial Focal Point in Mohali spread over a covered area of nearly 10,000 sq. ft., with a yearly generation capacity of almost 2.4 million liters per shift. Our Manufacturing unit has two types of areas, namely-Classified area and area with controlled air. Classified areas are perfect clean rooms with HEPA filters conforming to Class 1,00,000. All manufacturing sections have dedicated sampling and dispensing booths and Automatic Filling lines. The manufacturing units are provided with epoxy flooring, double PU painting, double flushed doors and toughened view glazed panels & windows. The water purification system comprises of De- Mineralization treatment followed by Ultra filtration to deliver purified water in continuous close loop circulation. The unit has a separate utilities / engineering section with boiler, Compressed air system and HVAC system etc for catering the need of the production sections. The Unit has an Effluent treatment plant for the treatment of composite effluent. Only treated effluent is discharged from the site. The company complies with the requirement of the Pollution Control Board. Our Plant has a Quality Control Laboratory & Microbiological Laboratory adjacent to Production area, at the first floor, to test the raw materials, packing materials, in process samples and finishes products, etc. Quality Control & Quality Assurance Department Microwin plant is equipped with Quality Control and Quality Assurance Department supported by well trained and Qualified Technical Staff.
