Maintenance
MTTR (Mean Time To Repair)
The average time required to repair a machine or system after a breakdown.
MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) measures how quickly your maintenance team can fix equipment failures.
Formula
MTTR = Total Repair Time / Number of Repairs
Example
If you had 5 breakdowns last month taking 20, 15, 30, 10, and 25 minutes respectively, MTTR = (20+15+30+10+25) / 5 = 20 minutes.
Lower MTTR means faster recovery from breakdowns.
